Valued customer of The Helpdesk:
We are pleased to announce the merger of The Helpdesk, LLC with Kosh Solutions. Kosh Solutions is a fellow Information Technology provider based in Las Cruces and Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has been continually growing its customer base since 2005. Effective April 1, 2010, this merger will combine The Helpdesk’s customer base and competant staff with Kosh’s, allowing us to continue providing the great customer support that you rely on, with expanded resources to provide an even greater level of quality service.
This merger will bring about the following changes:
- Your service rate will be locked for a period of six months, after this period the rate will change to the normal rate for service billed by Kosh, as necessary.
- Hourly onsite rate: $75
- Virus Clean: $90
- Reformat computer with personal data backup/restore: $150
- Your normal onsite technician will remain as your primary support contact for any technical, billing, or customer support issues for a transition period of 6 months. At the end of this transition period you may or may not be assigned a different onsite technician or customer support representative.
- At the end of your current billing cycle, your billing cycle may change to reflect the normal billing cycles of Kosh Solutions.
